A program of the Foundation for Senior Living, Tolleson Adult Day Health Services offers therapeutic recreation, social services, and medical monitoring to seniors with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, stroke survivors, or individuals who simply cannot stay alone at home during the day.

Tolleson Adult Day Health Services opened in March 2006 as a result of close cooperation with the City’s leadership.  The building was specifically designed for use as an adult day service, utilizing the concept of Universal Design.  Doorways, hallways, bathrooms and workspaces were constructed to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers. The building also features Green Technology which makes the building more comfortable and more efficient to operate.
